Plain terms for using this site.

1. About this site

This is the website of Centered Survivor LLC, a Florida company ("we"). It gives general information about our programs for survivors of intimate partner violence and our training and research work for practitioners. By using it you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Not a crisis, medical, mental health, or legal service

Nothing on this site is medical, mental health, or legal advice, and using it does not create a therapist-client, attorney-client, or similar relationship. We are not an emergency or crisis service. If you are in danger, call 911 if it is safe to do so, or call the National Domestic Violence Hotline at 1-800-799-7233, or text START to 88788.

Do not send us details about abuse or your circumstances through this site. We do not monitor it as a reporting channel.

3. Who may use it

This site is for adults aged 18 or older in the United States. Programs and services are offered only where we say so.

4. Programs, training, and licensing

Information on this site is a description, not an offer. Participation in any program, training, or license is governed by a separate written agreement or registration. Availability, dates, locations, and formats can change. We do not guarantee any outcome. Growth and recovery are possible results of this work, not promises.

5. Safety features have limits

We designed this site with a Quick exit button and without tracking. These features reduce risk but cannot remove it. We cannot control your device, your network, or who has access to them. You are responsible for choosing what is safe for you. See the staying-safe section of our privacy policy.

6. Using the site responsibly

Please do not:

• Submit information about another person, or submit information on someone else’s behalf without their consent.
• Use this site or anything learned from it to locate, monitor, contact, or harm any person.
• Impersonate another person or organization.
• Interfere with the site’s security or operation, or use automated tools to collect its content in bulk.

We may block access that breaks these terms.

7. Our materials

The text, protocol, curriculum, names, logo, and designs on this site belong to Centered Survivor LLC or its licensors. You may read the site and share links to it. You may not copy, adapt, teach from, or resell our materials, or use our name or logo, without written permission. Practitioner materials are available only under a written license.

8. Links to other sites

We link to other sites for your convenience, such as The Hotline. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.

9. No warranty, and limits on liability

The site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, Centered Survivor LLC is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that cannot lawfully be limited.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will post the new version here with its date. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of laws rules.
